Brass Tea Measure
Handmade brass tea measure by Tonkin Craft Craftsman. We makes these by hammering a form for the scoop and cutting a long strip for the handle, attaching them together by welding. This is perfect for measuring out loose leaf tea or coffee.
As time progresses you’ll find that this spoon will patina and darken as the metal oxidises, also reacting to the natural oils on ones hands. Each is unique, featuring little scratches up-close where the craftsman has been at work.
