1. Custom and personalized orders?
Yes, we can manufacture products based on your ideas and designs. If you already have in mind any ideas of how your products should be made, don’t hesitate to share with us.
2. Can I get a Catalogue?
If you want to check out our newest products, please explore our Website or Etsy shop since we update these channels on a daily basis. Feel free to check them out here.
3. Do you hold inventory?
We normally don’t keep stock, some items are from 1-10 quantities, but some are not available. We handle made-to-order projects, in which mass production began after deposit. If you want any unavailable items, please place order with us, we can make 1 item for you.
4. What is your sample policy and sample lead time?
We are willing to offer samples at the minimum quantity of 1 pc with the payment term is TT 100% in advance.
Our sample lead time is 10 days and our sample shipping time is 5-10 days.
5. Care instructions?
Brass has a natural living finish that will evolve and darken with use.
In order to sustain the appearance of our Solid Brass products, you could use lime/ baked soda/ vinegar with water in a 1:1 ratio and apply gently rub on the products’ surface to remove the dirt/ stain, then the brass will shine like new!
